Winnipeg Comedy Showcase
This is the deal: You have seen these hard working comedians all over town and tonight is the night to see them all at The Park Theatre, performing their best material. This is no open mic, there are no amateurs here. Only the best. Hosted By Jared Story
Ben Walker
Ben Walker
Originally from Regina, Ben is a rising comedian whose quick off-the-cuff style engages himself to the audience. Ben has been featured on CBC's Laugh out Loud, Winnipeg's Just for Laughs Showcase and is a regular host at Rumor's Comedy Club in Winnipeg.
Ashley Burdett
Ashley Burdett
Ashley Burdett was born and raised in Winnipeg and she loves this wintery city. She has been performing improv for over 10 years, most recently with Blind Date and Bravo Rocket. She spent five glorious seasons with Soap Scum, Winnipeg’s longest running improvised soap opera. Ashley is new to the stand-up scene and she is loving every minute of it. Her style has been described as “thoughtful, honest, and wickedly silly.” She is absolutely thrilled to be in the Winnipeg Comedy Festival for the first time!
Angie St. Mars
Angie St. Mars
Angie St. Mars is a Winnipeg-based comedian and sketch comic who has been accused of “lighting it all on fire!” with her tongue-in-cheek feminist-fueled wit and pocket blow torch. She has been featured in the Winnipeg Comedy Showcase, Empow(HER)ment Showcase and the Winnipeg Comedy Festival. She writes and performs with local sketch comedy troupe President Bear (Winnipeg Comedy Showcase, Winnipeg Fringe Festival) She is a huge fan of ODDBLOCK and could not be more excited to be a part of it.
Mike Green
Mike Green
Mike Green has been quietly building a reputation for the past 5 years by working with some of the top comedic acts in North America as well as freelance work with the CBC. He's always eager to get onstage at any type of show, from the weekly open mic he ran for four years to the Winnipeg Comedy Festival which he was picked for 3 years consecutively. "Funny", "intellectual", and "ambiguously brown" are the three tines that make up the trident of Mike Green’s comedic style. Also, he's as handsome as he is brave.
Florence Spence
Florence Spence has been knocking it out of the park in the Winnipeg comedy scene lately. Bringing her perspective to various stages around the city, this is her first time on the Winnipeg Comedy Showcase and we can't wait to see what she brings to our stage
H.U.N.K.S. Comedy
★★★★★ - Winnipeg Free Press

Since forming in early 2015, H.U.N.K.S. have written and performed five entirely original shows at The Park Theatre; performed a seven show run at the Winnipeg Fringe Theatre Festival to sold out crowds; hosted a sold out, headlining show in the inaugural Oddblock Comedy Block Party and received a Five Star review from the Winnipeg Free Press who said “every joke was well thought out and incredibly clever. It’s smart comedy that had the audience in stitches for the full 60 minutes.”

H.U.N.K.S. is Tim Gray, Quinn Greene, Matt Nightingale, Dana Smith directed by Rory Fallis.
